The guy has got a great voice, but he forgot and confused several lines, so had to invent new ones :-))
It'd sound funny and fresh if it weren't for the National Anthem...

The stupid announcer mis-pronounced his name.
But You're right!!! Quick thinking on his part though. A very creative banyak! LOL!!!
On the other hand, bratku, that Anthem no longer makes sense.
"Ukraine has not died yet ..." Ukraine has NOT DIED YET????? !!!! NOT YET????
Have mercy! What kind of an Anthem is THAT???
It was written when Ukraine was abused and trampled upon.

The lyrics were changed by the Verkhovna Rada after independence to reflect that Ukraine was now free and to not sound so pessimistic. I hate anthems written by committee though and agree that Chubynsky's lyrics had some class.

What version is he singing? I've never heard some fo the words he is using in the anthem... I'd rather if he stuck to the actual words. It's a beautiful anthem as it is.
