Carter Hall is the best pipe tobacco. I have been smoking a pipe for over 30 years, and I have smoked every flake tobacco from here to Londn and Berlin. I always come back to Carter Hall, it just tastes great, and smell wonderful. There is no wine in it though. : )

Do you inhale? Osama raised the taxes on Rolling Tobacco but the tax increase on pipe tobacco was minimal.
I know black and milds are inhalable since I don't think it uses fermented tobacco.
Can you inhale this blend?
