These countries, particularly the middle-east, are overpopulated because the women don't have the right to say no. We need to work on changing the systems in these countries so that women can choose. It's proven, when women have a choice, they choose to have less kids That means less strain on the US from third world countries.

Keep in mind how much of the Earth has an extremely low population density. If you're an American, you need only look at Montana or Texas, or Wyoming. Places in China are still quite rural. The overpopulation you're seeing is in metropolitan areas, so the idea is not overpopulation. Perhaps a better plan is just to disperse from these cities with 7-8 million citizens and just balance it out. That's an idea that would be better than keeping everyone on birth control and not controlling disease.
The main thing that is killing the planet is not only over population it is the United States we are the only ones that try and to save everyone. I'm more worry about the exploding population in China and Japan more than in Africa. After all Africans are starving to death and dying of AIDS so they're not really that high in the scale compare to the Asians who really do populate like rabbits and roaches. In Tokyo, Japan alone there are over 12 million people jam packed.
That's why I want a sterilization (get my tubes tied). I don't see why I should have children anyways. If the world was under-populated than yea I would consider to have kids, but we're over populated as is and there are hundreds of thousands of children who are orphaned and would want to have someone to care and love them.
