  • how does one let them selves get fat... i find exercise fun, not a hassle. not a thing to just get done and out the way. i look forward to each day to push my self and beat my own records.

  • @WatchMeShrink130 fer sure man go for it! and this week is my second week doing my challenge so technically i have 41 days left, but i think it wuld be awsome for you to start your 50 days:) i really recomend making one of those calendar things they use on the show "i used to be fat" it really motivaates me every morning when i get to rip off a day!

  • that's not true.. I eat more meat than anything and I hold all my weight in my belly area.. It's all about your body type and how it carries it's weight.

    Your body type looks like it's getting too much sugar and carbs and not enough meat, so everything goes to your belly. Try eating regular meats (not low fat)- eggs, bacon, hamburgers (without the bun) and cheese. They will fill you up and then you won't be craving so much pasta, cereal, crackers, soda (drink water) and all that other junk that goes straight to your belly.

    Now, if I could do that too, we'd both be thin. :)
