Hilary Lister sails around Britain

What a person. Nearly collided with her boat as she came out of the Coquet estuary, Amble, Northumberland, as she was doing this round Britain sail. And we actually have a Briton who can speak proper english. An example.

Can she breath allone or did she need an ventilator?

@Jaz2803 She doesn't need a ventilator at present. Her paralysis is caused by a kind of wasting disease which also causes chronic pain, but so far hasn't stopped her breathing on her own.

congratulations! omg you are an amazing person. i had a bad day at work today and then i watch what you are doing and you are so positive about everything. my dad taught me how to sail and it's not as easy as it looks. my hat's off to you. thank you for sharing your story with us. : )
