Crap. Was this today? I was there today, but all the way on the east side. If this was yesterday, I was almost there yesterday but couldn't make it. Damn.

Yes today as in Tuesday. You were on the east side? I walked in from the NW side, through the central part and down Currans road to route 25 by Kmart.

Where were you on the East Side? I didn't think you'd be going again this year after the last video where you walked in from the west side, hope you got some great pictures & video.

The place is so vast, so it actually is pretty hard to run into another person, although I did see some hunters. I had my orange on and they just waved.

Oh wow, I can't believe we were both there on the same day. You have to tell me when you are going to be there next so we can meet up or something. That would be awesome. Yeah, I was on the east side right off of Wading River Hollow Rd. I actually parked in the caldesack on Wading River Hollow Rd and entered in that way and pretty much just explored all the trails that paralleled it. I was going to enter in that normal way but decided to try Wading River Hallow Rd the last second. Doh.

Yeah prob wont be there for awhile because of the January shotgun deer season, but I'll let you know when I'll be visiting that preserve again.

So you did Wading River Hollow Rd by that tall radio tower. That's a nice section,isn't it? The burn area is real nice. Did you see any hunters?

I went to that large radio tower afterward, too. That will be another video. I saw lots of cars parked there, but did not see one person the whole time I was there. Thank goodness. I hate it when I see people there. I like to go there to be alone if you know what I mean, unless I take a friend or my brother there.

Yeah I definately dont like when I see alot of ppl there either. Thats why I usually go out to Suffolk, in Nassau since we hardly have any trails they are usually always crowded, esp the Massapequa-Bethpage bike/walk path.
