The recipes and video quality is great, just lose the "Epic Meal Time'-esque persona and act more natural and less scripted. Also, try the food at the end of the episode. Nice channel though.

I live on Vancouver Island but I haven't tried that combo in my salmon before. I usually do a maple syrup or brown sugar glaze. This looks awesome, thanks for sharing.
@imorsm Thanks! I came up with the flavor ideas (pineapple and coconut) in the Liquor store when I saw the different flavors of Malibu Rum. We live in BC, so Salmon's cheap. The rest is just adding what I think would go together. Google sometimes helps.
