i liked this album,is not so good like countdown or CW but is good,its more a matter of what you like,Risk is a nice birthday gift to a headbanger girl for example,and to be honest i didn't like much of EndGame n' thiteen,they are too much technical and too few emotional and visceral like the other albums,Anyway,i love MEGADETH n' nothing wiil change this.

It's a song built for a movie, it's meant to be more mainstream. The Album Cryptic Writings was more toward the melodic instead of being pure in your face thrash. Before you condemn Dave's writing. Look at what was being put out and what people wanted. When this song was made, metal was in a lull, and he brought a whole new generation away from the easy pop bull crap into being interested in Megadeth. As ninrage320 commented. They had been doing Thrash for 20 years and it almost killed them.

@w08crsap Eso es mentira. Megadeth hizo este disco sin que Capitol le obligara. Ellos querían intentar ser más mainstream, al estilo Metallica. Esto está documentado en el video que viene con el disco de Risk. Por eso, precisamente, el disco se llama así: Riesgo. Dave sabía que se estaba arriesgando intentando hacer el sonido de Deth más accesible. Y sí, se equivocó y tuvo que rectificar con TWNAH. Y mientras Risk es mejor que St Anger, no es mejor que Load por ejemplo. Así que no seás tan fan.
