WRONG WRONG WRONG In a northern climate lithium grease freezes like concrete when temp drops below 32 degrees and you know the door manufactures tell us anything other than 100% silicone spray will void the warranty. So why mislead the consumer?

@trinhk pulleys on the track or spring are probably sloppy and need to be replaced

To follow up, I followed the steps given here and it's made a HUGE difference. It sounded the same after applying (maybe slightly better), but after a few days of the grease working its way in, the door sounds like it was just installed.
