@say5035 For its time (2008) the Speed was the best you could do. The total delay reduction cap has been found at 80% now, too (2010). This includes haste as well as dualwield. This cap has been hit in this video anyway without knowning, so you can´t attack any faster on a pure haste/dualwield basis even nowadays. Only trippleattack atmas mixed in could create more hits.

Haste > Dual weild in the long run for casting shadows and such. But i guess if you wanna make useless vids of a 75 fighting too weak mobs to show off haste then is coo.

It seems ouy know nothing about haste calculation. the haste from equipment is capped at 25%ish. I got well over this. So I didn´t need haidate and dusk gloves.

Haste from Haste belt is counted as MAGICAL Haste and thus counts towards the 43.3% Magical Haste cap. That cap is easily reached by RDM Haste and Soulvoice Songs.

With haste samba and max haste samba potency merits, an additional 10% haste that does not count towards either the magic or equipment caps is possible.
