loosen arms and upswing a little, maybe a touch slower
also, feet are to far apart, you should try have them at almost shoulder width for better balance and stability for your swing

try and relax your arms and hands, you look very tense during your backswing. This limits your flexibility.

back foot is too far away. put feet a little closer (inch past shoulder width) for better balance.
