I know someone in school who just got into Metal Gear Solid last year when he played MGS4, but he got so hooked that he bought all the other games in the series and now he's so into it that he's planning on using it as part of his graduate thesis. He's crazier about the series than some of us who've been playing since the PS1 days. I'd say that makes him more "die-hard"

Ive been with this series from Altiar and I gotta say, this series is awsome and all, but I cant take people who come into a series mid-way. nothing against u guys personally, but to hear u started at brotherhood and went back is just plain out wrong. Ive been a die hard since AC 1 and as alot of u guys know, Asassin's Creed 1 was the most monotinus game inn the series, but even though it was repetitive and got a wee bit boring, I still played at least 3 play throughs of the game!

Hi! Sorry I've barely ever played any of these games. I played a little Brotherhood I think. Will you guys give me some feedback on your true opinion on if I should buy this?

@Gumrap Well none of us have played it so we can't really give you a review or anything of the sort. But what I can say is that I picked up this series at Brotherhood as well, but I was really hooked into the story so I went back and bought the first two games. Overall, I can safely say the best $60 I ever spent. Just judging from the quality of previous games and the rich, intriguing storyline, I'm guessing this will be another great product. Give it a shot.
