in game use widescreen when recording (1280x720) is the best one. and in sony vegas go properties and change the screen resolution to 1280x720 and render with the same 1280x720. cause you have black spaces in your video and the weapon takes up 2 times more space than it should. and too much editing for one frag with no fps lol

1: Change to window mode

2: Load up demo, type in "host_framerate 30" and "startmovie moviename avi"

3: Select Codec

4: Wait for movie to process

5: Type "endmovie" in console

6: The AVI is saved in Steam/SteamApps/Account/counte­r-strike source

Note the 30 is a variable, increasing the number increases the FPS.
