  • She has a troublesome hairdresser, colorist, and had a bad makeup artist too. her corporate culture needs to be revamped. It's OLD. If her employees are troublesome, it's because her workplace is abusive and hostile. Support the Healthy Workplace BILL to get rid of management HR like this one.

  • what a bitch I would hate to work for her!

  • Personality and attitude either gets you promoted or fired. Hard work and work product are irrelevant in today's large businesses. The lady actually said as much. She said you could have a talented employee, but if you don't enjoy their personality, you should get rid of them.

  • Why did you hire the "troublesome employee" in the first place??

Because you are a contractually-protected, incompetent HR idiot who would not know a good employee if she fell over them!

So now, since we want to get rid of ALL our "troublesome employees", let's also fire the HR dummy who hired them as well - which is probably YOU.

  • So where do the facts stop and the lies start? Im not saying all people are suited for a particular job and bad attitudes do increase stress in working conditions however more times than not employers create the majority of the tension that starts to grow over time. Employers have no respect for their hired help, they are just numbers, everything is done in the best interest of the company and not the people. So where do the facts stop and lies start?

  • Oh and never use the word "team" lol. Most workers dork out on that. Use a phrase like "working together" Use positive reinforcements not to the point of being hokey. Good Job is a common one but becoming cliche. Ever heard that people fall in love because of how someone makes them feel about themselves? And fall out of love for the same reason? The guy may just flat out be a jerk but make sure this is the case first.

  • My beef is with corporations really in which many have billions in profit and some very dirty tactics. Their greed is way over board for the most part. You sound like a small business owner, trying to get ahead. I liked what your vow was too. Take a good look at your employees, and yourself and ask yourself...What do they see. .....oh Camera's over every machine even if they are fake...or hidden cameras. Have someone pose as a detective or loss prevention investigating "Felony" Sabotage?

  • Once he starts doing that...his demeanor will pick up...he will feel empowered...and you will know who he is. I'm just giving ways to identify him. Fear tactics may work for a majority...but some resent it enough to keep fighting. And remember a bad supervisor can cause just what is happening in your company. Cause and effect. I'm sure there is plenty going on I may not be aware of but I liked your response. It showed your decency...

  • Somewhere someone severely disrespected someone. Hourly workers feel low on the pole anyway. Anything that pokes a finger in that can cause what you are talking about. Remember, people at that lower level feel at the mercy of authority, some can be come very sensitive to that. Some management or supervisors can be very clever about rubbing that in. Some workers are just bad period. Tell your sups to resolve it a positive way. If the bad guy feels empowered then he will run his mouth with pride.

  • Someone talking like the woman in this video will trigger negative behavior quick....just read the comments below lol...you may have to can the guy but if he is breaking your machinery...all you have to do is catch him...(cameras above all machines) Most all workers bitch; it is the human condition. Or Post a bulletin offering a cash reward for information leading to the capture of who is doing this and the back lash it is causing....they don't want to all lose their jobs.

  • Or maybe the guy is just a whack job, usually people don't resort to those things with no reason. We are all guilty of that at some point in our live, If you haven't all ready, try reflecting back on a time in your own life when you were triggered into that mode...maybe you were a kid then but you know. Hold a meeting and see what people have to say....wait about ten minutes before you come in though and record because people change in front of authority figures...and some are simply screwed up

  • okay I get it. I would be mad too. Is he upset about something? Try the high road if possible and be friendly and talk to him on a genuine level.I know I am not there so i don't know, but usually something has affected someone like that and triggered something negative, usually some form disrespect lay upon them. Maybe you have a supervisor or someone triggering things in him and being dishonest with you about it? Sometimes personal things go on beyond your awareness that can cost you money.

  • I must also add this this employee is sinking my business so much that it is going to bankrupt my whole entire workforce, now, you wish that on my business? ask yourself again?......... my whole workforce is going to end up with no job and your saying that you hope I sink? Im the one that has had no holiday in six years, every 3 weeks or even two weeks, have no wage myself, got a wife and three babies to support, from your words, you sound a trouble maker and you wonder why this happened to you

  • @nuthuffer I myself was a good 20 year employee well known as a good worker with good attitude. But then retirement was coming up and I ended up with a sup like you. Dirty tactics unwarranted psych-harassment. If you can't treat and view people as people and its all about money then I hope the people crash your business and let you feel the fall being is you should be able to just get rid of anyone for any personal reason. The ball should bounce both ways.

  • @Billybib1 Im not talking about a good 20 year old employee, my problem is that I have been too good to all my staff, I have been in the snake pit and worked in terrible conditions in my past and vowed to never let anyone that worked for me be the same, I buy the lunches, give out bonuses, go out 3 times a year for meals inc xmas and pay for all that, pay out for days off etc etc etc, you don't know me so please don't over-judge, this employee of mine is damaging my machinery and goods for fun

  • She is absolutley Gorgeous! mmmmm Stunning! x

  • This person is a freaking idiot! Obviously, she is shallow and of course doesn't care about people at all. Will most likely do underhanded stuff if it pays her bills and makes her look like she is part of the "Team" no matter how cold or unethical. One day she may get her day of termination for simply making too much money or some other scapegoated reason. The Era of her point of view is selfish should be stored in a museum, and it makes her smile and reassurance sickening.

  • @Billybib1 you have with no doubt, never ever been in business for yourself, between the government rights and staff nowadays, no wonder businesses are in trouble financially and by law, you people are the reason this happens, it's your fault with your rights, my business is sinking because of one trouble maker and thats why im here, you think you are owed something for working, excuse me, you have a job with pay, stop whining, your the selfish one,try and be in my shoes, no holiday 6 years +-$

  • lol, i was let go of my negative stand but sue the company back for they had no proof of what i did and i am back in the company...lol had some people remove too while i was at it!

  • Have to say, she's got some good points

  • So what you are saying is that it is okay to fire people just because you don't like them personality-wise? That is the most fucking unprofessional thing I have ever heard! And your wording!! *Get rid* and *troublesome*, what the hell!!!

EMPLOYEES ARE FOR GOD'S SAKE NOT MOTHERFUCKING OBJECTS!!!

They have wives, kids, et cetera... ...ever thought of that? Ever thought of the actual people instead of your personal gain? You sicken me to the heart!

  • @pristiniagov I agree. Her language is brutish and unprofessional. I bet her business philosophy and practices are even worse.

  • Hear hear! Hire slowly, fire quick!
