He is using a Engine made by *The Taxman* Which is the creator of (SonicRetro). I think it's made in C++ .

Sonic Nexus looks amazing! It's a shame RetroSonic XG (Taxman and Sir Euan) won't be there though (or will they?). It's nice to see Frenzy Adventure is still around! May I ask if your Sonic Nexus demo will be in a C++ engine? MMF hates my PC (or rather the Worlds engine does). Thanks!

And double yeah, Nexus is in a C-based format. It should run fine on your PC.
