  • the landing at 1:25 was a little hard. the plane couldn't take off after that landing.good vid.

  • nice vid 5* but only on good weather.

  • the best and smoud landing was the 2th airplan

  • yeah i did a ILS on that one but i made this video 2 years ago so i was 10 when i made this, now think about how good i am now.

  • NIce landing with DC-10 swissair

  • the best landing was the black airplane i like that landing

  • y close call?

  • Haha I like you very much 4:12 so nice xD

  • Good for a 12 years old boy 10/9,5

when i'm 12 I had no good landing if you :D sorry for my bed english!

  • did u land all these in locked spot????

  • most of them

  • stfu. These are all replays. You didn't fly them at a camera point where its facing the nose of the plane. You pitch to high and too fast.

  • dont tell me to st anything up i didnt understand the question. now i get it. plus these landings where from a year ago, my landings now r so beast...

  • @Sarpooll Here's a tip! Make gentle movements. If necessary make sharp movements but keep your movements slow.I sucked landing at 11-12 but now im 13 im good at landings i use mouse do you use mouse?

  • these are all replays., he didn't land them at locked spots.

  • yeah wat u said

  • What?

  • i dont like it what is the or else

  • just wait...

  • Couple critiques if I may... don't know what your wind was like in the 707 at the beginning, but you were overcompensating the bank a bit. Make sure your sensitivity and realism are turned all the way up, and just very minor movements is all you really need. Second, don't forget to keep trimming up on final before you level out, it will help keep you from "porpoising" as you come in. Some of them look like your approach speed is a bit fast. Don't be afraid to drop in some flap and slow down!

  • Cont... Definitely looks like your approach speeds are a bit high. You should not be flaring nose up until you're about 10-15 ft above the runway in most cases. Some of those big jetliners, when full of pax and bags and still heavy on fuel need full flaps and an approach speed of 130 knots or less. Take it to the tarmac, level out and cut the throttles and let it start to settle in that first 1000 ft, then about 10 ft, thats when you should start to round out and touch down.

  • DC3 takes an even different technique since it's a taildragger. You'd need about 3/4 flaps or more, airspeed should be 80 knots on touch down, and you should touch down level, not nose up and let it roll out until the tail gently settles on the runway, then start to ease back on the yoke (to keep the tail planted on the ground) while you ease in the brakes.

  • see now the thing is is than i some times land planes w/ the nose up because i was afraid of tip stalling(when i got the game in Jan. of 08)

  • Nose up, yes... but only after you've leveled out and and rounded out once you're in ground effect. The "balooning up" you might be experiencing when down low is due to too much speed while in ground effect (within half the wingspan of the plane). But, you should not be needing to pitch nose up so much in the final approach, that would indicate that your ground speed is too high (are you taking the active runway, or coming in downwind?) Just trying to help, I'm sure you know that though. :)

  • i da see. are you a pilot or want to be one?

  • Yup I fly Cessna 150's and 172's in real life, and whatever else on FSX. :)

  • youre first landing was not good but the rest was good

  • ya got no idea what the wind may have been like though... any landing you can walk away from is a good one.

  • hey I am capturing my vids with fraps but when i change my viewpoint i always have to do it with my mouse plz help

  • umm i use a hat switch on my joystick to change my view

  • nice landings i am in the FSXCF (Canadian forces) clan and i only fly with the CF-18 and sometimes with the c-130 i know how hard landings are and your landings are great !! well done m8

you also helped me with the video payware stuff 5/5

  • yuor welcome

  • yo taking the mick with the first landing lol, the rest are preety good though 4*

  • except 4 the Continental landing that was not just a fail but a epic fail

  • man ur so unstable on ur approach and ur landngs ae ok not "best"

  • not the best in the world but are the best in my perspective

  • Nice vid. but..kind of missing the part about the good landings?

  • i least i landed on the RW

  • true, my first 30 landings i landed 10 metres off the runway

  • nice landings

and for the haters there jelous cause they cant fly for shit

  • i know right and dont curse please

  • u cannot land for ur life

  • well i just proved it and recently i landed a cessna 172 in Civil Air Patrol with full control

  • if we are on a plane together and the pilots die please dont volunteer to fly the plane i would rather die

  • wow only looks 4 the bad

  • Nice planes sarpooll

  • Even if you're not on an ILS Approach, you should have a constant descent rate, say 100ft/min to get a smooth landing. And if that were your best landings...I really have no idea how your worst landings are like.

    No offence meant.

  • dude why do u have to be such a criticizer i didnt say professionallandings. i atleast got to the RW unlike my friend i know, anytime he tries to flare he ends up taking off again. i try to meake friends not enemies

  • Hi.

I did not mention the landings you made were professional either. I'm just trying to advise you with my 3cents worth of comments. As I have said "No offence meant". If you're offended, I apologise for it.

Anyway, if I didn't leave my opinions here, I believe someone else would do so. Instead of lamenting on people's suggestions and opinions, you should use the time wisely to train your landings, or at least, do something more worthy.

  • can u stop aleinating my landings cant.u fathom that i am not a cerebral pilot at least my landing werent precarious these are my best landing and i am still working on it why cant you be amenable or congenial i want to aspire being a pilot anyway if my landings were better i am sure we would have came to a consensus i love planes and not to be mean since your so good teach me make piloting facilitate i want to be a very good pilot

  • No. First, your landings were precarious. Why do I say so? You nearly had a tail-strike on several accounts & your rate of descent was not constant. You were pitching up and down, as I repeatedly emphasise.

Second, I think you used "amenable" wrongly. You should be reminding yourself to be amenable, instead of me, since it refers to being "responsive to advice, authority, or suggestion; willing.".

Third, please type in proper, understandable English. Don't leave punctuations out.

    (CONTINUED)

  • ok i did not u amenable wrong that means to be AGREEABLE which u cant dod

  • and where did i almost tailstrike

  • I still can't really comprehend "ok i did not u amenable wrong that means to be AGREEABLE which u cant dod".

Anyway, unstable landing can be seen at 2:05. You contacted ground and went up a little up again. I supposed you were going too fast.

As for the tail-strike, look at 5:33. The tail almost struck the ground when you overdid the flaring. And wow, look at 4:12, it was pretty close too!

  • what i really meant to say was "ok i did not USE amenable wrong. it means to be agreeable which u cant DO." and at 2:05 it was a fliping DC-3 thoses r hard to land. and at 5:33 u got me , BUT thats was a crappy plane

  • Well well, as I've said, amendable refers to "responsive to advice, authority, or suggestion; willing." It's more applicable to you as I have continuously re-emphasised. How many times do you want me to repeat myself?

And "a flipping DC-3", "those're hard to land", "BUT crappy plane"? Wow. Don't find excuses for yourself dude. Do you hear pilots saying "flipping DC", "hard to manage", "crappy plane"?

I don't think so. Dude, it's time you get a life.

  • y dont u go bother somebody else

  • I tried to gave you my 3c worth of advice but well, with that personality of yours...I'm pretty sure you will keep that trademark of "best landings".

    Best of luck.

  • ok i want to be friends but ur puishing it. i a not really a mean person. i have seen your landing the r good. i am only 12 and u fly better than me according to your channel ur 15. u have seen ymmij's (my friend)comments he tries to help. unlike u spreading negative on thos video i want to be freiends but right now this is your rating

    Friend 0 l Enemy -----------------------------

  • No first you descend from your cruising altitude to the altitude ATC assigns you. Eventually they will bring you down to the altitude at which you will intercept the glide slope EX: KJFK Glide slope intercept at 2500 Feet above sea level then you will maintain a -500ft per minute decent while making minor adjustment to keep the displayed threshold about 1/3 of the way down your glare shield. Once you reach flare height (100ft) Continued on next comment.

  • thanks man i can use this

  • Yup any time :)

  • Continued :) Begin your flare, at 50 feet hold your current pitch and reduce throttle to idle and that's all there is too it. :)

  • that too :D

  • I suppose the passengers on-board the aircrafts you have landed were all vomitting. You were pitching the aircraft up and down trying to get a right altitude, which isn't the right thing to do. Were realistic settings set to the maximum? If you did so, I believe the undercarriage of some of your aircraft might collapse. Anyway, if you're on an ILS Approach, I suppose there isn't a need to control the altitude of the aircraft. It's the autopilot's job to do so.

    --CONTINUED--

  • oh 1 more thing... how do u get passenger veiw?

  • just look up a youtube video about it, its hard to explain and only so aircraft's have it. so DONT try it on FSX DEFAULT AIRCRAFTS

  • what do u turn on for engine fire?

  • hold alt go to aircraft then failures go to engines and find engine fire
