I think that the people who knew him the closes, are the experts about his life. It is so easy for us to assume the worst in him because we think that the exterior matches the enterier of his life. That is not true. we need to learn not to judge people based on what we see or what we feel, but on what good they have done. I learned a hard lesson. He was a lonely man, but a loved one by his family and friends. we will miss him.
That last photo with Donna is what MJ should have looked like, had he stopped with the extra surgeries. It's apparent in this photo, that he had his first rhinoplasty but he didn't stop. He wanted thinner and pointier. What was he thinking! And no haters, ok? I also had rhinoplasty but I knew when to stop. He was expecting perfection and didn't get it and kept seeking it. There's a real syndrome called Body Dysmorphic Disorder and he truly had it, yet he was in denial. It's debilitating.
@AveolarD So what's your point? Celebrities are deities who can't suffer from mental issues? Last time I checked, the Jackson's all take dumps and they stink if they don't shower and they aren't special. They just make more money and have talent, but they are not immune to disease or mental disorders. Maybe you think so but most of us know that celebrities aren't superhuman. They are just as f**ked up as the average joe with less money.
Ive never commented on his death. This man is almost embedded in my DNA. The kid in me hasnt really accepted his death. But the adult in me intellectualized that this was almost inevitable, given his spiral down. People have a right to feel however they feel about him. But I choose to believe that he was really one of those unique souls who most of us didnt really understand. I think there was an overall fear that people would relate more with him if they REALLY knew him. And that scares people.
I was in a summercamp when this happened, and I amost started crying when I heard it, but I cried inside untill I came home, and those last days on that camp was one of the most horrible days of my life. I hated it. R.I.P. MichaelJackson, we love you <3
i cant imagine going to school the next day with michael jackson onmy mind cause still im looking up michael jackson stuff and hes still on my mind :/
Micheal Jackson was perfection to the 4th power and Donna you represent perfection as well . I hope you be on this earth a long time to share your talents with everyone.
I have more respect than ever for Donna Summer after listening to her response regarding Michael's personal life and if the reports had changed her opinion of him. Rather than refute the reports or validate them, she simply conceeded that there may be truth, but she preferred to give him the benefit of the doubt, and her opinion of him changed "...not at all". I am not Christian, but if more Christians walked the walk like Donna, I might feel differently.
thanks! It means a lot to me. I am not a huge fan of Michael Jackson, but I do think he deserves some respect, and Donna Summer's quotes speak volumes. She is a uniquely classy woman.
@nynynyny44 - I told a coworker of mine that I would take the day off if Donna passed before I did. However, I said that without being serious. Everyone who knows me knows I love her so that if she did pass, I would get a lot of condolences as if she was a family member because that's how much it's know I like her. We all must face death though.

I have to agree with Donna Summer. I love Michael Jackson but it does seem as though he is naive in certain aspects of his life.
