@Torin4910925 ive got a toshiba that was around £399 that can run oblivion on high, and fallout on medium with constand framrate of around 50-60 fps, if you want to play on ultra and maintrain consistant FPS then your cheapest bet would be a desktop since there bigger and have more ram, the best laptop you could get is an alienware, but thats like 1000$, id suggest finding a laptop with around 4gb RAM, and an ATi RAEDON 2400 or above graphics card, hope i helped!
