I've just invented the "Phantasmagoria" drinking game.
1) Take a drink everytime there's an overly dawn out and uninformative cut scene
2) Take a drink everytime Adrienne appears bewildered as she examines a mundane object or bit of background scenery
3) Die of alcohol poisoning
(Note: Any player who wakes up in the ER to their stomach being pumped must resume drinking within 30 minutes or they will be disqualified until the next chapter.)
Wait, wait... suddenly it's The Shining? She actually does hit a lot of Shelley Duvall tones in this scene, and it's the first time that I actually feel sympathetic towards her. Her acting classes she must have taken between chapters seems to have helped!
Never played this game, watched someone show me all the gory scenes back in 95. That's it!
Nah, it's just that they didn't want to bother filming Adrienne doing every single trivial action (such as looking at mirrors) in each set of clothing.
That's the main reason, and in Sierra's Official Strategy Guide it mentions that the Orange/Black combination worked really well for the blue screen. Some colors were automatically ruled out, namely greens and blues, which is why you never see the actors wearing these colors in Phantas I or Gabriel Knight 2.
In his defense, he did ask her about drain cleaner. But in her defense, it was Sunday yesterday and the store was closed.

I don't think this is a horror game. It's a suspense/ horror game.
There's too much suspense between each horror scene.
Oh, and Don is PMSing. Which is strange since he's man. But being a woman I recognize the symptoms.
While Adrienne is out she should pick him up some PMS pills and pads.

Hey she spend all her time sitting down! She also looked at herself in the mirror several times and broke down a fireplace!

Adrienne's clothing is the same because if she does the same activities with the same responce they don't need everything to have new clips.
But I just hate Adrienne's outfit. I don't like the high waisted jeans and nothing matches really.

I love the comfortable ten inch zipper on her pants.

I hate that she seems to have a zipper in the front AND back of her pants.

@Resulka The zipper in back is for easy access.

Phantasmagoria 2 has the same problem with the clothes, the main Character wears the same pocket grey shirt for like 4-5 Days!
Guess the production Value was so low they couldn't afford some different clothes ...

Ok that makes sense,too ^^
Guess less trivial actions and more clothings would have made this a tad ... less ... strange looking xD
When I played this game I was like "YES She picks something up, Proooooggggrreeeeeeesssss..... oh she puts it back down again ... guess not ..."
