Mr. Wagener I've researched the statute of limitations for malicious prosecution and in CA it is 2 years. I'm aware that Mesereau encouraged Mike to sue for malicious prosecution. Even falsifying evidence and planting evidence, misuse of public funds, etc. (all of which Sneddon is guilty of) from my research still falls within the 2 year statute of limitations. Please, please, correct me if I am wrong and explain how it can legally be done. Thanks again.
