  • how do we get this show released on dvd or bluray?

  • @machinegt01 I guess someone will have to start a petition.

  • Ah Man! Totally loved this show back in the day. I learned so much. Funny thing was we would watch this in school (4th grade) and i would have already seen the episodes from watching on TV - PBS. Theme song sure was killer.

  • Wouldn't that water be coming directly from the hot water heater and be scalding hot??? LoL

  • 1:41 - Wait, so CTW had a branch office in the Southern U.S.?

  • I have been looking all over the internet for episode of this to watch and I can not find any of them anywhere.

  • I love the wah guitar in the begining...woooka waka waka waka woooka waka woooka waka

  • they need to revive this series

  • People don't let their kids watch shows like this now...it might teach them something.

  • @IrishLincoln That is true all kids watch now a days is.....!

  • I guess I missed the humor.

  • I wonder if I write that address @ the end, if they'll send me a teachers guide

  • man i grew up on these shows. this and shows like newton's apple, and mr wizard and in my early teens Bill nye the science guy.gave me a lust for knowledge and learning. its kind of sad that kids these days are not exposed to wonderful programs like these any more.

  • @Savagegalka If I could give this comment a thumbs up 1000 times, it still isn't enough to express my agreement with you!

  • @mrunion2

    cool

  • children television workshop was the nickelodeon of my time...and they indeed did one hell of a good job.... they didn't even suck a bit....

  • @saifulizhan

hahaha that is amazing to hear

  • im assuming the childrens television workshop no longer exsits. if it does some new schmuck runs it and sucks at it. make sesame street a good show again. fuck elmo.

  • Affirmative. This segment was rife with jocularity. So much so, that had I not been wearing a helmet, I could have possibly choked on my factory-sweetened instant oatmeal.

When the humor subsides, I will resume my enticement-swelling task of reassembling scattered punchcard programs.

  • realease this on dvd already ssw

  • I remember this as a rerun. I loved it. Still do.

  • This is indeed a rerun, as the 1989 PBS logo follows the credits, and when this show originally aired, the 1971 PBS logo followed.

  • @mbsjrcc06

This show needs to be on PBS kids or something, but don't let other kids make then it'll be stupid just make reruns

  • Season two was the last good season of the show! Ah, such memories! Peace.

  • It sure takes me back.... RIGHT back.

  • Man, ol' Chico is packin' some heat in them nuthuggers....

  • LMFAO!!!!!!!

  • I wonder if I could still get one of those teacher's guides. I teach school in today's public school system.

  • Man, that beat is kinda funky! I hate being born in the eighties. It's like I was never around when something cool was happening.

  • I know what you mean, I find my self saying the same thing but I used to watch this when I was little.

  • your cool for saying that!

  • I myself was born in da '80s, too (I was in 1988).

What year in da '80s wur u born?

  • you're a 90's kid then.

  • @joejumps4fun Yes I am. Years of age during da 1990s: ======================= 2 in 1990-91 3 in 1991-92 4 in 1992-93 5 in 1993-94 6 in 1994-95 7 in 1995-96 8 in 1996-97 9 in 1997-98 10 in 1998-99 11 in 1999-2000
  • @SuperAV21 wait what?

  • @SuperAV21 1992

  • @SuperAV21 1986

  • they are actually telling them to run to the border before they got caught

  • 321 contact is awesome!! I miss this show so much!! They really need to rerun some epiodes!!

  • Why couldn't the girls have been wearing white t-shirts?

  • Is that black girl the doctor from Grey's Anatomy?

  • I want to know where are all the actors and what are they doing now. Plus trini and the redhead are hot!! At least that is what I thought as a prepubescent kid.

  • I know!!! What's up with these folks now?!?! I had the same thoughts growing up and I was about the same age. Bunch of bad-acting hotties up in that show!

  • I saw Kathy (red head) on some show a while back. She did not age well.

  • Yeah! The valve! Remember the yeast on the top of the fridge?

  • There are people that have never heard of this show. It baffles me. Classic.

  • I know people older then i am and they have never herd of it before im 25

  • @CK2012 Yeah I'm only 24 and I remember 321 Contact, Newtons Apple, and Square One. No wonder I became a chemist.

  • That was dumb. Why didn't they just turn the valve off again?

  • Because they were speaking in English and Spanish. See what happens from miscommucations/political correctness! God help us if it's a nuke!

  • your taking me way back to my youth with this.

  • to be young again

  • Being young at heart is always a nice alternative...

  • dammit i wont be able to lose the beat another 20 years because i saw this is nt the late 80's lol
