using already made liquid starch is not making liquid starch... this is like saying you have a recipe from scratch which uses processed boxed items... like an already made cake mix for example. Useless...

If you want to save some dollars, but want to use Tacky Glue instead of ordinary white glue, add two heaping tablespoons of Corn Startch to one small bottle of white glue, mix completely, instant tacky craft glue.

liquid starch from the store,,pre-made contains formyaldihyde. use cornstrach and water 1/2 cup to 1/2 cup cold water..then add slowly up to 2 cups boiling water..depends on thickness or consistancy you want. the entire 2 cups boiling water is for like ironing etc..for crafting i use just 1/2 cup boiling water..,...no chemicals and works just groovy!!! indian :0)
