You missed the point of the book...Vonnegut was being sarcastic everything he wrote in the book was real, well the war parts, he even says that in the beginning of the NOVEL...as in not real...he tries to make the point that war really messed him up.He was so disgusted with the horrors he saw he tries to make them as grusome as possible and when he tries to be totally serious he writes in the book, "I was there, the author of this book." All was fake, except for the war parts and his intrusions.
its kinda pointless to read a book, especially this book, in one go. you forget any profound or memorable parts cause your just going through it. next time SLOW DOWN! lol
When insulting someone, it's usually best to not make yourself appear stupid in the process. You, unfortunately, have done just that. Would you like me to lecture you on the difference between the words "your" and "you're"? Contrary to popular belief, these words have entirely different meanings! You're an idiot.
What I was trying to say is that I don't understand when sci-fi becomes sci-fi. Slaughterhouse-5 is clearly not a fiction novel, but since it has become a classic, it is automatically classified as "fiction." I don't know who's in charge of putting novels in genres, but they sure have something against any genre that isn't fiction.
I don't think that you really understood the book,
maybe you should try something more basic,
Like a Dr, Seuss book or a "Where's Waldo"

Really? For real? Yes, I'm correcting your spelling. No, wait, that's not even a spelling error, that's simply poor grammar.
