This could have been shorter. I'm not pedantic enough to want a video to do exactly what it says in the title, but there was far too much in this. 9 seconds for the title is completely unnecessary. The shooting could have been cut to a third of its length and we still would have got the joke ("safest village in the country" + shooting in said village = haha) and then the thing ended with superfluous credits. No-one would have cared that it was over 5 seconds long if they had been entertained.
