Far as I know,

Genre: Drama/Romance

Basically, this one guy (If I recall, they never say his name) meets 12 girls whilst on the exchange student program. The game was a dating sim (not H) in which the player is called upon to choose one of the 12 girls, whereas the anime I saw deals with the 12 girls coping with him not being there anymore and trying to move on.
