Actually the building is very structually sound it was built to last,unlike todays pre-fab buildings.

Granted it's built better than today's buildings, but still.. I heard ppl used to have club parties on the ground floor but had to stop bc of the roof crumbling from all the heavy bass in the speakers. The building is NOT safe

THAT i believe--the stonework in the main lobby is certainly fragile. the basic structure is fine though, probably will be for another 20 years. unless the scrappers tear it down first.
