  • it sounds really good on a mono transitor radio - catches that missing ambience from the 70's ! I saw Larry out at a church in Las Vegas, wow, you talk about a serious looking Viking with long hair (looked like one of the Rohirrim) playin that axe... I still chills thinking about it.

  • this is the song that got larrykicked out of a baptist church. now, the baptist pastors play eminem during service... lol

  • I have loved this song ever since I heard it and at onetime I had this album.

Thank u Jesus for Larry and his music. The Rock that doesn't roll took him to heaven!!!

  • Fries ain't free.

  • He's good for the body and great for the soul --

He's the Rock that doesn't roll!

you got to rock me on the water

you got to rock me from my grave"

  • Just "wow" it's not enough!

  • who says Christian music cant "get with it".......

  • Finally. Some Christian music that doesn't suck.

  • I just love this song!!! This is one of the songs that brought my Dad to the Lord! Gives me goosebumps!

  • Sing it Larry - it's true! He's the Rock that doesn't roll... (and He led me to His kingdom that's from another land too! I'm only visiting this planet...)

  • Detta är ROCK! Min ungdomsrock. Gud välsigne dig Larry. Vi ses i himlen!

  • Top song! Sing it Larry! See you in heaven... (I'm only visiting this planet too).

  • Larry Norman was my introduction to Christian Rock back in the mid 1970s, I've been a fan ever since

  • cool song!! awesome actually it is, love the beat!! thank you:)

  • I like 1 of 10 larry norman songs. The seven of seventy I like are great. I heard him live. He sang a great, soft love-song, which I have not found on a CD, which was so opposite of his usual loud, rock-songs. I like this song.

  • Good Stuff !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • OHHHHH!!!!!!!!! Lovin' it!!! Love Larry and hope to see him in heaven someday and thank him. Wrote him a fan letter WAY back in the early 80s. Great song. I still have this album in vinyl.

  • Larry Rocks !!!!

  • Never heard of him b4. He can rock-n-roll can't he!?!?! Thanks for posting this Nina!

  • @bradlovesricky me neither...I've been walking with God for 28 years, and I've heard of Keith Green, been to see Don Fransisco and Terry Talbot and Second Chapter of Acts...all those good old Christian Rock pioneers. Never heard of Larry Norman before this morning "I Am A Servant"

  • @HeidiSue60

    who's Terry Talbot?

  • @TheSavoy24 he is a musician from the 70's and 80's. His brother is John Michael Talbot, who is a skilled guitarist and a monk. Terry and JMT did a couple of albums together. The Painter is the one I own. WONDERFUL music, with amazing guitar and beautiful harmonies. URL
