  • my friend baled a field of beans for hay this year good hay but cost a lot to plant

  • our beans where as tall as our header in all our fields going slower helps you get more dont know why you go so fast?

  • we drill at 7.5 rows.

i figger the plowing is due to less than ideal conditions. cutting beans early and late in the day, the plowing simptoms are on and off almost like a switch. ive played with the sensitivity and tried cutting at an angle and still get the plowing.

i guess it just tells me when i souldnt be in the field nomores. i still have about 200 acres left to do.

  • Why do you still plant beans on 7.5in rows?

  • I would rather have those super tractor lights on my combine. Must be double the light.

  • have you tried running the header at an angle across the feild? That helps when its wet out.

  • how fast you goin there cliff?

    thanks for the vid

i cant keep my 1020 flex from plowing on the ends, any suggestions?

  • Running 5mph in the video. Don't know what to suggest on your 1020 but that seems to be a common complaint.

  • @Anteater6788 what did this field make an acre?

  • Adjust the sensitivity until it doesn't. I am almost constantly playing with the header flotation controls while harvesting with our 1020 head.

  • @plowmaster1206 We have a 1020 head as well that kept pushin on the ends. Talked to several others and they told us to tighten up the springs a little on the outter edges. Made all the difference in the world. Will still push every once and a while but no where near what it used to.
