@danigurlxx64 I went on today, i rode the voyage 3 times the first two times i closed my eyes & it felt like i was going to die because it was so fast and scary but the third time i went on i opened my eyes & it felt funner & more relaxing. so i recommend you to open your eyes during the ride.

And the Voyage is really fun.

@boilersfan1 .......it's not smooth at all. In fact, it's one of the roughest rides I've ever ridden. Tbqh, I don't really understand why people have no problem complaining all day about how Beast is so rough and painful, but they worship Voyage and act like it's as smooth as Millennium Force, which is complete bs, because my back hurt for three hours after my first ride on Voyage. Not that it's a bad ride. Just that it's not that freaking perfect. GG woodies focus too much on intensity imo.

I almost cussed when I got to the top of the first hill, but I wasn't screaming it I was just... in awe of just how steep we were dropping. So el toro is better because its faster? That doesn't make musch sense. Worldclass statistics don't always ensure that it's going to be a great ride. I work at Kings Island and talk with guests frequently about the Son of Beast and they always say "the original Beast is much better" and I completely agree!

I totally agree with you. My #2 coaster is Boulder Dash and it only goes 60 mmph. Kingda Ka is 128 mph and in my opinion is just an ok coaster.

hey people i have rode this AWESOME coaster 9 times and i know it looks super crazy but its actually a smooth ride for how fast and furious it is. It gives you a ride that you will never forget. Son of Beast gives you a fast ride with some big drops but The Voyage takes you on a HELL RIDE through the woods and sends you back in a VERY good mood. This coaster is amazing, RIDE IT!! i recommend it 100 percent!!!! you will not be disapointed

Really? My sister said that it was crazy, it was incredibly fun and super extreme, but she also said it was very jerky. However, I'm still going to ride it, because it sounds in-CREDIBLE! and all you people recommend it, not to mention according to Amusement Today it's the NUMBER ONE wooden coaster in the WORLD! So I think that gives me enough reason to ride it, lol!

I've ridden them both....The voyage is better then el toro. I love el toro's first drop, and then next few airtime hills, but after that it is rather boring. The voyage never lets up...the ending is just as intense aas the beginning...INSANE. But my all-time favorite woodie is predator at darien lake. But sometimes you get a really painful ride. But that one is the most intense woodie I've ever ridden.

I know what makes the Voyage ride get so faster in the last part. Actually it has 100 foot difference in elevation and the ride gains the top speed out at 90 degree first banked turn before a 'return-run'.
