After 5 minutes of using overload, it gives you 50hp back bc at first, it takes 50 hp. So yes, you can. Brews allow you to go over 99 hp.

an easy way 2 solo it iz your have a friend come along and stop at the gate 2 the lair drink a overload pot heal get some food from ur buddy the go in

you have super boosted stats and you go in wih full inventory
