It's most definitely a live recording. It kinda sounds like a board mix, there's a lot of kick drum and the guitars are slightly in the background, which is typical of a lot of live mixes. The audience at the end is the dead giveaway. I must say it sounds a helluva lot better than the audio track on the original music video. It might have been mixed down from a multitrack recording of a live gig. Anyway thanks for posting it

The more I hear it, the more I'm convinced it's not off the live console, rather it's from production truck multitracks mixed down later. Kudos to the engineers and producer. And the poster, of course :-)

ok- i think it was a Sarah McLachlan brainchild to have an entire entourage of female musicians and vocalists touring with her in 1997- many lilith fair CDs available--all good- only one concerning the tour (with mizz liz)-- i think - how old was Liz in 1997?
