  • the lead singer can now be seen singing scary-okie at the 44 Club in Boise Idaho

  • glam metal humiliates grunge!

  • @rabodeboi Everytime!!

  • Classic Doug!!! I dig it Brother!!! GREAT BAND!!!!!

  • Classic Doug!!! I dig it Brother!!! GREAT BAND!!!!!

  • Gemini is the best song in the álbum.

  • Hell yea!

  • My uncle was the Bass player in this video / band.

Haha, pretty funny to see him in it.

    (Doug Baker) is my uncle.

  • 3:25. Best hair shot in hard rock/pop metal video history.

  • This singer is like a poor mans Mark Slaughter. Still doesn't keep me from jamming out to this song.

  • On July 3, 2011 I attended a capacity crowd at Bridgestone Arena to see Motley Crue, Poison, and the New York Dolls. They are selling out major arenas everywhere and this is not a repeat of 1987, this is now. What in Hades are the "grunge" legends doing? Playing the state fair circuit? Well the ones who are alive. Grunge was a fad, 80's metal has "staying power". I saw U2 the night before, possibly the "biggest band in the world" and great show but Crue/Poison/NY Dolls was better.

  • other hair old band,, glam, glam,, past is past, we need make the future, without this old bands.. please don´t live in the old fashion..

  • @Alexxandro969 It's not old fashion, it's the trend, i don't see any future with K-pops, crappy singers and lyrics nowadays

  • other hair old band,, glam, glam,, past is past

  • Good song but, jesus... The more glam/sleeze rock vids you watch, you start realizing that they're all the same. I mean, EXACTLY the same! Wonder why Nirvana and grunge took over? Look no further than this vid for the reason!

  • Real colors are here baby!!

  • as good as it gets

  • amazing song! the solos remember me dimebag darrell... i really like it!!

  • fuckin awesome, pearl scam and nerdvana alway sucked any rock or metal rules 4ever.

  • mike terranaaa =)

  • For all of you people out there who think the reason why Beau Nasty did not make it was because it was the end of their erra is WRONG!!! Beau Nasty created a new gen of music, but thanks to Brian the lead guitar player, Beau Nasty lost the biggest record deal a new band could have received. Signed under Sony's new label West Coast Production, signed 2nd in line underneath John Bonham (2 album record deal with CBS records). THEY ARE ONE OF A KIND!!! And I was there for it all. Gemini

  • @cle052467 Thanks for the info! Hard thumping song!

  • This album is just amazing back to front. The singer is insanely blasting. I remember giving this album to my guitarist at the time and said check it out. He was blown away. Shame they came in at the tail end of the scene, I would have liked to hear more. This album remains a gem for future generations to discover!

  • Ахуенная банда!!! Неучи идут тёмным лесом)

  • 80's Rock is the best! Someone bring it back please!!!

  • @piratesfanmike I am on the way! :D

  • So many better hair metal singers out there. :/

  • sounds sort of like Slaughter but not gon lie everytime a

band came on headbangerball witha high screechy singer i always thought ok theyre gonna rule!!

  • When I first saw this video & heard this song I thought only the drummer was above average...

...apparently he has worked with some serious musicians on both sides of the Atlantic - so I was right.

  • Doug Baker... coolest man alive!!

  • Uh, no...

  • Average hair metal. I love this kind of music but this song really suck! Bad singer, bad lyrics the only good thing about it is the chorus.

  • Wow, this is fucking rare...

  • Oh man where did you get this? I haven't seen this video since 1990! Awesome! Thanx for posting!

  • Solid tune!!

  • I used to play with MIke and Mark from this band in a band called Zillion. Also brian young in a boogie knights band

  • @kennykanowski

This is Steve, I sold you some gear a year or so and came to your house, etc.

I just talked to Mark tonight, and had NO idea you 2 were in Zillion together!!!

    Small world bro!!

    Hope all's well

  • @sbrave Tell him to contact me I love to hear from him>Kenny

  • This is crapy average glam metal come on

  • dude the bassist... i use to like his daughter. she went to a rival school and we met randomly one night.. she took me inside her badass house and she was like oh yeah, my dad was in a band.. i was just like wtf... thats awesome!

  • I want my hair metal back

  • It is sad there were a lot of hair metal bands in the early 90's that deserved success, unlike this one. King Of The Hill, Wildside, Every Mother's Nightmare and a bunch of other great bands were lost because of bands like this. As for Beau Nasty, Their Singer sucks, but the rest of the band is decent.

  • kick ass

  • This is so crazy. The singer (Mark) always hangs out my friend's and my fave bar. I had no idea he was ever even in a band until my friend found out and posted this video on Facebook. Until a few days ago he was just silly Mark getting drunk and singing AC/DC and Def Leopard on karaoke. I never knew he ACTUALLY sang! He never mentioned any of this. It's crazy the surprising things you might not know about people's pasts. Can't wait to go to the bar again and ask him about his crazy hair band days

  • @twiztidvixxxen20 Next time you see Mark, watch his face when you ask him about the English kid (Yeah, that's me...Craig) he used to work and live with in Niagara Falls...that was back in the late 70's when he was in a band called Pharoah. He had a little yellow pick up with side pipes that used to spit flames, man we had some times in Uncle Sams and the Sundowner...seriously tho dude if you see him let him know I'm looking to get in touch, along with Greg and Joe from Pharoah...thanks man

  • hey froman do you have any dirty looks or smashing gladis ?

  • Thanx A Million for this post !!! I had forgotten all about this one. You Rock,,2 Thumbs Up !!!

  • DIRTY,BUT WELL DRESSED is the most underrated rock album ever

  • Fuckin' rockin'. Great band, awesome song and cool video.

  • Music is great, but the vocals pierce my eardrums and not in a good way. Best singer for an 80's band is the frontman of LEATHERWOLF.

  • No, they're all hot milfs living in Newport Beach, CA shopping at South Coast Plaza on the weekends and traveling during the week. Tough life but someone has to do it!

  • they blew donkey dick!

  • count em off 1,2,3!

    \m/

  • All these hotties are probably grandmothers by now...

  • @Gunslinger808 and ur a baby

  • Nah but their kids must be in middle school at least.

  • Glad to see it get some recognition. This album is amazing. Shame it came in at the "end" of the scene. While you could say this album is only so good because of what they borrowed from bands of the scene that came before, there is something to be said for honing a craft to perfection. Get it.

  • VERY VERY UNDERATED BRILLIANT Band .This one & only album by this UNREAL Hard ROCK/metal with a dirty edge act from the late 80's has it all powerhouse vocalz ,vicious solos&VERY catchy riffs & rythm.IF you luv this kind of STUFF grab this one NOW,YOU won't be SORRY!!!SPOIL yourself & FUCKIN' ENJOY!!!!regardzz

  • Gemini, in my opinion, is their best song.

  • wow!!! what a great band!!!!!

  • To quote Sam Dunn on the Global Metal dvd commentary, "Everybody needs a little Beau Nasty in their life."

  • I have this CD... awesome disc - high underrated band...

  • I think they did a cover of "Love Potion No. 9". I wish I could find it.

  • Fucking love this song, it's been like 20 years....

  • I freakin worship doug baker! (the basist) YEAH DOUG!!!!

  • thats my friends dad!

    pretty crazy huh.

i swear im not making this up.

  • yea same I know them good

  • my uncle is one of the guitarists =]

  • haha yeah!

    collins's dad!

    hi anthony! (metalxxxman)

    hahah.

    i loveeee doug.

    he's like amazing. ahha

  • Great song! Make me remember 1989/90! Good old times!

  • Beau Nasty is the fucking shit man!!!!

    No way around it !!!

  • i can only think of bad grunge bands and as for hair bands there are only good ones

  • @adfrocker133 hell yeah! I agree. :)

  • @adfrocker133 Come on, man, Soundgarden kicked ass. And Alice In Chains started as a hair band.

  • xx These guys fuckin rocks! Love 'em xx

  • These guys totally rock man! I'm so glad I found this video. I whish I was born like 20 years earlier so I could've had any chance to experience this great era of rock n' roll!

  • the wool was stacked up like cord wood.

  • huh?

  • maybe you are very bland to them.

  • lol, good one! this is really good rockin music!

shake it when you want to! *plays air-guitar*

  • you gotta admit, Mark Anthony Fretz can scream!!! a very under rated band...

    SHAKE IT!!!!

    (o)(o)

  • Are YOU retarded or you just can't spell? First of all, CC is the worst of all guitarists ever! A D-Arpeggio? Who are you kidding? hahahahahahaha I've been playing 25 years and smoke him anytime anywhere...bring it! Reb Beach IS a great guitar player, even better outside of Winger. Jerry Cantrell is a far better guitarist than anyone in Poison or Warrant...don't embarrass yourself!

Steve Lukather played on those Warrant albums as well as others...do the research, and then open ur mouth!

  • Gonna play devil's advocate here a bit. I know Mark the singer very well, and he rocks. These guys are all good players, BUT I would never go back to this era. To all you that say Nirvana ruined it, need open your minds!! It had to end, as this whole scene became so pathetic and overblown, and basically a joke of itself. Fuck warrant and Poison and those gay hair bands that can barely play. I'll listen to Alice in Chains and Soundgarden ANY day over that gay fag music. George Lynch ruled tho!

  • atlest the Hair Bands Actully had a Good Time unlike the Grundge Bands Who Sang about How Much Life Sucked

Ill take Even the Worst Hairband Over ANY of the Grundge bands they all SUCK big time

  • im 16 and glam makes me wanna have fun and party man, if lifes bad ,y listen to music thtll help make it worse

  • im 18 and I completly agree maniv been listen to this music all my Life So far and I dont see any Chang in the Future

  • @Hairmetalfan1990 Even those most of these Hair Band guys looked "girly", they had more balls than those emo grunge band pussies...

  • Gotta agree with you. I am a die hard 80s rock fan. Sirius Hair Nation is locked in my car stereo at all times.

But you're right, it really got overblown and overdone, the creativity at the end of that era was the death of it... not Nirvana. All Nirvana did is give rock fans a choice of something they hadn't heard before. Instead of something they had, 49383209832432 times before. As one clue, look at how many cover songs were being done by 80s bands near the end of the era.

  • i kinda agree with you machineman1969, but only kinda. as the era was dieing cuz of bands like pretty boy floyd total ruin it for the late comers of that era, like Hericane Alice, xyz and Bangalore Choir are 3 of my all time fave bands. Bangalore Choir where out in 92, but they burned cuz of their timing. they aound 88/89, they have the hair feel. they are fantastic! check them if u havent all ready.

  • Ya, Bangalore Choir was great...

Also check out Spread Eagle and Wildside, both came along too late but absolutely rock.

  • Warrant and poison cudn't play????? Are u tone deaf??? Or are u just plain retarded????? How many warrant and poison songs have u heard???? Ever heard of a d-arpeggio?? I don't think so. That's bcoz the sorry ass of alice in chains and soundgarden cud never play it. C.C deville from poison cud play it in his sleep. Try playing the solo to "Rainbow in the rose" by winger and then we'll see what ur made of. First learn to play an instrument, educate urself and then open ur fool mouth!!

  • @sbrave Next time you're in touch with Mark, watch his face when you ask him about the English kid (Yeah, that's me...Craig) he used to work and live with in Niagara Falls...that was back in the late 70's when he was in a band called Pharoah. He had a little yellow pick up with side pipes that used to spit flames, man we had some times in Uncle Sams and the Sundowner...seriously tho dude if you run into him let him know I'm around...thanks man

  • The vocals are a little weak too.

  • Not really a classic it's okay but nothing special about this tune or their debut album. Don't buy it it's too expensive and nothing more memorable on the album than Shake It. Warrant is much more better!

  • Damn great Guitarist, this Band would blow Warrant away, XYZ was another great Guitar driven Band.

  • They ROCK! ;D

  • i used to play this CASSETTE every day.

  • hoooooly shit!!!!!all I got was their album dirty, but well dressed and this is the very first time I see them in motion!I remember listening to this song on midnight radio program.I was smitten by that totally, and the next day I went to a rental shop with my friend 20 minutes riding our bikes.fuck,Ill let him know about this and hell go crazy!!!FROMAN7800 your fucking awesome!!!!!

  • yall know i am the real BEAUNASTY?

  • Fun times...great tunes....wouldn't it be fun to be 18 or 19 again? (THANKS NIRVANA FOR RUINING EVERYTHING!!!!)

  • ha this is my boss at work and I am not lying. ha he owns Boise Dog and Cat boarding kennels. ha yep this is me boss. haha

  • @sketche6 If Mark is still around, watch his face when you ask him about the English kid (Yeah, that's me...Craig) he used to work and live with in Niagara Falls...that was back in the late 70's when he was in a band called Pharoah. He had a little yellow pick up with side pipes that used to spit flames, man we had some times in Uncle Sams and the Sundowner...seriously tho dude if you see him let him know I'm looking to get in touch, along with Greg and Joe from Pharoah...thanks man

  • @CPH62 I still talk and see Mark to this day......=) I will pass the message along

  • @babyr0o Thanks babyr0o...I'm sure he'll get a kick out of it...tell him Gemini says hi too

  • @CPH62

Hey Craig, I talked to Mark and he told me your old stories, etc.

email me and I'll get you his current info.

  • This song R-O-C-K-S. Gem of an Old School tune!

  • Awsome rock'n roll!

  • i have this on vinyl. i love this music

  • i no the guitar player

i am friends with his son!

  • Wow!!!! I hadn't heard this since it first came out. Great underrated band. Didn't they also do a cover of Poison Ivy (Not the Faster Pussycat version)?

  • No it was love potoin number 9

  • I saw this guitarrist in David Lee Roth show he was egualed to Van Halen at some moments anyway the Van Halen original line up returned it was better things ever done....

  • His name is George Bernhardt,he is very good.

  • I finally found this album on CD from eBay. Paid a little more for it than I should have but.... it's rare and that album rocked my socks off for two summers from 88 to 89. Debt still not paid.. thanks "dirty but well dressed"!

  • had a copy of this on tape back in the day all the way from N.Y. never found it in the uk though. their version of love potion #9 is great.

  • wow what a great band on my fav's 4 sure.

And SleazeRockz and ratter52 right on grunge sucks I hate the stuff.

  • That`s true ratter. Grunge sucks!

  • Grunge shit really killed all the great bands!

  • I love the production on this CD. Awesome, one of my all time favorites.

  • cool ROCKING band...love "paradise in the sand",doesn't they have more videos???

  • wow wow wow! awesome!! love it!:D

  • Oh man!!! This was one of those albums I bought on a whim... & it was one of my favorites! For this genre, these guys were underrated!! & they came out as the "new" style of rock was emerging.

But I proudly say I have this album!!!

  • amazing years

  • OMG!! take me back to the days of hairbands! I have this CD! searched for it a couple of years. Had it on TAPE when it came out back then!!!

  • amazing one good job........

  • Most of Grunge was pretty bad but bands like Alice In Chains were amazing.

  • you rock man...

    from argentina i salute you!

    your videos rocked too!!!

    byee

    nikkin'

  • loved this album/gemini, paradise in the sand...both terrific get down songs

  • totally agree on grunge..rock went down the toilet around mid 80's...

  • this is a great cd start to end give it a try wont be disappointed, great cover of love potion # 9

  • I'd rather listen to music with killer groove and loud guitars with a hot chick then gay one chord grundge emo fags.

  • Actually this is a killer album. Great prod

  • I hate grunge, but if it killed shitty hair rock like this, then, "Thank you grunge rock."

And I can say this justly. The singer is this shitty band is my ex-brother in law. Nothing disgruntled either, he was a great guy that encouraged me to get into music... thankfully MUSIC, and not this crap.

  • HATER!

  • Great Band came out to late in the 80's,because that crap called grunge came out and ruined the real hard rock bands like this one.
