hi, I used a gillette mach III turbo which has an electric device in. the vibration creates a signal that the guitar's coil capture, and then you can add different effects like reverb or delay.. But don't worry, it won't break your strings, just make it sound weird!
Oh my god, this is so lovely, it sounds great! Exactly what kind of shaver did you use? I can't really see it clearly. I've got a few shavers in my house, one of philips with 3 rotating circels, a trimmer, and one for body hair. But won't I break any strings if I'd play with it? Which one should I use? I've been trying to make experimental music with the bottleneck technique but I haven't quite found my spark yet (have 3 songs uploaded on youtube but they aren't that great).
