Punk is like every other music type out there, it evolves, mutates, changes for "better" or for worse. People bitched about punk in the 70s, then bitched about it back in the 80s, same w the 90s, and now? It's the same thing. Being an 80s punk, you can say its dead, sure why not, same with the 90s. Punks always had a pulse, you can't find it on the radio or tv, or the mall or where ever. It's in the same shit holes and streets where it was born, even if they look different. It's still there.
