I've never heard of this movie or director before yesterday (as I was clicking on random YouTube clips). After watching the trailer and now this clip I must say that Sigmund Freud would have had a feild day with this director. LOL :p

I'm female and I find some of this disturbing but not surprising. This is just an "escalation" of the previous decade and all the exploitation horror movies that came before it.

@Johnlindsey289 If you think se7en was gory, you haven´t seen anything, then, watch "faces of death", l'intérieur, martyrs, these movies make saw look like Bambi, well I got to give credit to the last final two sequels, both were kind of decent. But listen Dude, stay away of watching "A Serbian Film" I wouldn´t recommend this to anybody, if you had seen it you´d definately agree with me. I´ve seen nasty stuff dude, I´m from the country were cannibal holocaust was shot.

@Johnlindsey289 @Johnlindsey289 A Serbian film is disgusting, it isn´t too much gory but it is totaly perverted and depraved, I don´t want to spoil it but atleast a got two tittles close to Serbian perhaps might shock you out; Subconscious Cruelty and Melancholie der Engel, both films are supremely grotesque and offensive, if you have a strong Christian faith, don´t attempt watching it. By the way, I´m in fourth year of med school, and I get to see nasty stuff too on daily basis´. Cheers.

Does anyone know if they shot this movie silently and dubbed in the audio afterwards? It looks like the characters are speaking English but the audio is often slightly off. I know the director was Italian.
