hey dude we can see his sick biceps but the thing is RULES, the more u swing it takes more time to build up, he is hardworking and got a good body but u have to follow the rules cuz i have strained my side chest musles doing it wrong way. i think he is swingin cuz he is doing alot of waight and using his full pwer, this boy can go quite far if some one train him properly,,,
