A big portion of the population of Turkey today is formed by Muslims thrown out of their homes in Europe, I can give my own parents for an example, with my father's parents thrown out of Ukraine and my mother's out of Cyprus, it is only hatred left for me. well, i'll just ask you to read the history carefully, not the-one published after 1950s, because what ever you read now-a-days is not the complete truth,
just try to read some OTTOMAN history publish in either ottoman-turkish, Urdu or Farsi, you might even find their translated version.
You will get to know everything completely.

The Turkish Archives are supposed to be open to every body. But but independent scholars and especially the ones acknowledging the Armenian Genocide, found that it very difficult to get access to these Archives and when they finally did, they were restricted the onlly certain information. Dr Taner Akcam wrote a great article about it sometime ago. I wish I could relocate it. He also rebuked the pro-government Turkish scholars misinterpretations of the archived documents.

Listen man, I wish I could paid for doing research, but I don't. I actually do wish that it was just propaganda that I wanted to send out, as it would be simpler and easier on me, but it's not. It's just the bare bone facts.
There are plenty of Americans who specialize in American atrocities; I am not one of them. I specialize in the Armenian Genocide.

Turks and Armenians intermingled a lot for most of the Ottoman Empire's existence. It wasn't until the last 50 years that this emnity began to show itself, and then, it was mostly in the media. There were still quite a few Armenians and Turks who got along fine. There is an autobiography of an Armenian survivor who actually didn't blame the Turks. He was a christian preacher.
And then there were all the Turks who housed Armenians, at the risk of their own lives.
