i have a feeling this will be subject to approval. Dont these educators know chris is a blank check for obama and that obama wants to make teachers responsible for idiot hoodlum kids that just cant learn? My wife is a teacher why should she be penalized because she draws low staw and has a school right next to the projects were most of the kids will end up in prison?
