Lol I love the help that Superman gave. Five seconds into the action and something causes him to go unconscious, thus forcing Batman to save him, even though technically it probably wouldn't have been necessary. Then he arrogantly says he is expected elsewhere and can't help after all, giving Batman a watch as if to make him do all the detective work just so Superman can punch the walls down when it's over.

If you want to see other origins of the JLA, dc is starting 52 new comics one of them is Justice Leauge which describes the new origin of the JL taking place 5 years in the past. if you're intrested, here's other books and shows you can read or watch: JL:Year one, the Batman, Batman Brave and the Bold, Young Justice,(look up smallville wiki JLA), JLA:Grant Morrison, etc look up Justice League on wikipedia.
