Are you kidding? This song is sang, and can only be sang by Chisa Yokoyama to sound right.

And no bias on anyone, this singer is only average or below average. She was flat on many notes, her voice range is not below exceptional. You can pull any singer out from a decent high school chorus with a voice better than this.
