Being the Trekkie that I am I had to point out that cloaking devices were developed by Romulans not Ferengi.

And, no, Klingons did not use this technology in TOS ... to the best of my knowledge anyway ... they first used it in The Motion Picture.

As for the song content not matching the uniforms ... I don't think it matters a terribly large amount. I think the song is just generally about Klingons and the uniforms are the best of all series. Yup. That's what I think :)

yeah your right.. initially I wrote the comment more on the ironic side. Actually I find it (to stay in the Trekkie termonology) the thread beeing something out of the failed Holodeck. When the characters are walking out of the holodeck, they fade and dissappear, and therefor doesn´t matter. But point taken it´s the Romulans that invented the Cloaking tech. Though would like to point out the dispute is based on missdirecting information all the way through.
