This is an amazing place, I stopped by there this summer with my college geology class on a 10 day trip exploring the whole Southwest. Sadly, my geology professor said that they are no fossilized Dino poop or eggs, it's just iron concretions in the sediment that make them look like that. But non the less, I still really enjoyed looking at the footprints and learning about when they were made.
Wow, I remember visiting that area when I was a little girl. I was amazed with all the fossilized things. I remember there were fossilized dinosaur eggs too, but people were stealing them off the land. So, there were a few eggs left. I hope those few eggs are still there.
