@HALLSYSKITCHEN A few vids back I show quick prep. on 'Poultry stock'. Ideally, this recipe works best with a true stock. Nonetheless, this here is the basics. (2 parts broth to about 1 cup milk/ flour 2tbsp. and variable seasoning). From there add what you like and taste as you go. It wil thicken as it simmers. A few variations no doubt as it is popular recipe.
