Codex. Forgotten Spartans is just a bunch of people running around making things up as they go, having some big battle every episode. The Codex had a classy, this is a part of the Halo universe feel to it. And each episode is better than the previous.

@KPSpark the forgotten spartans have a good story too. Granted they didn't really have as much of one like this series, but they only add the battles so they can appease all the audiences. Although darknal said he wants to focus on story now

Is this seriously a series that Edgeworks created. It looks nothing like the heretic. The filming is different from how it looked in The Heretic, Whoever did the 3D CGI animations in The Heretic could have redone everything we see in this video. So either the cast and crew has changed or this ain't the real thing. The filming looks as if it were red vs blue when they were still in halo 1. I just can't believe this is the real thing.

Uhh first off this was created before The Heretic. Secondly it IS the real thing. Also the creator of the series, Last, if you think it could be better, than ask them if you can try. I personally think it's good the way it is.
