the simplest way is to mask out ur video first, then convert in to negative then go to colorama or CC toner put two colours to one yellow and the other orange then after that add flames by adding layers on ur different parts of your body..!!!

yea, but how do you get the mask to move with the person? the mask usually stays in one place

well thats a bit learning of animation...use key frames set the position keyframe at first point and note the last point where your video goes...check every second now wherever ur video changes its place or moving just grab the mast points to that direction...it will be fine then...
