This recipe is great, although I do add a kick of lime or lemon juice to amp it up a bit like another commenter posted. I'm not a complete raw food advocate, but I love incorporating raw recipes into my diet. Thanks for posting this!

the best way to enjoy jicama is......
go to a mexican store, get a chili powder call "tajin",
get a good size jicama, put it on the fridge for at least 00:30 mn.
cut it like "fries shape",
the very first time put just a little bit of that "tajin",......and nothing else,
and enjoy!
