A Kansas woman found out about death of her 10yo daughter in PHOENIX AZ by reading about it online hasn't stopped crying. Shirley Deal fled from an abusive household several years ago. The child she left behind perished in the same household. 4 people were arrested Thursday in the July 12 death of Ame Deal. Phoenix police say the girl had been placed inside a padlocked, plastic footlocker for punishment after months of other abuse by adults she was living with.

I am not exactly understanding what the mis communication is here as to asking her where she was it clearly states in all the news articles ,newspapers ,etc she was armed with a court order and went with the police to get her kids back they screwed up all allegations against her were proven to be false. ignorance to this system is why this corruption is allowed to continue they do unjustly remove children they don't need a reason they can say anything on paper

@momonamission4u - They did the same to me + mine voluntarily relinquished his rights (made an Order); there was a CPS order to protect the child from him. Later when I refused to move back east and cut contact due to 3rd party stalking + threats, he said he would use "judges lawyers and social workers" to harm us. CPS is corrupt; its a trafficking ring, don't kid yourself. I attended the criminal trials + they reeked of filth. RIP Ariana, Tyler, Emily Mays, Dwight Hill, others. Same period.

Well I did a little research and what I read was that the father came to get them for a weekend visit. The mother had full custody and he had visitation. He never brought them back. She tried to find them for a long time but couldnt because he moved around so much.

obviously you dont know the whole story, read up on it. Dad only took them for an overnight. No officals would help a mother with full custody retain custody of her children. that is when the abuse happened & death.
