There's no arguing that. LA fans are tame in comparison to the fans in the Jazz arena. Partly because of the way Staples Center is set up. There's three levels of suites that separate us from the lower section.
The seats aren't bad. You can see everything from there. Plus, the seats were only $18.00, which is great compared to the $100-$1000 seats to watch the same game down below.
Yes, it can be seen from up there, as long as you have okay vision. It only looks bad on camera from there because cameras can't see as well as our eyes. In person, it's fine. It's more easy to see when the ball does NOT go in. You'll have to have some NBA knowledge to recognize the bodies of guys from that distance, though.

can you tell which player is which and see if the ball goes in or not. sorry if this sounds stupid, but i've never gone to a game before.
