I did intuflow for a year and half off youtube and got hooked on it enough to buy his full Intuflow dvd set. It's totally changed the way I move and feel and is the centerpiece around which the rest of the movement modalities I do flow.
I bought the 'ageless mobility' DVD as well as the 'free to move' book. Both are the best stuff out there!!! I am wondering if there is a 'free to move' dvd that can help me transition from the 'ageless mobility' stuff to what seems like intermediate level complexity of the 'free to move' book.
Thx for the visibility of the body training! There is a trend in fitness as all the trainers now are dressing like Rapper pants and loose t-shirt. We buy the DVD and have non clue of what happened under thoses clothes... Is that thight clothes a demonstration about the american homophobic thing , calling everything gay? I worked with prof athlete and they call everything a bit artistic or muscular as gay? - Human body is a marvelous machine Thx to show how to make it more functional ;-)
@andersmalling It takes about 15 mins and can be done daily. Some people like to do this early and then workout later. I use it as my warmup before working out.
I have only just stumbled across this - wonderful. Which of his DVDs is best to learn this from so I can transform my health as just copying this for 4 days has already made my upper back much better. Thanks for any help you can give me
This is great! You're such a physical phreak, Scott. Your movement is fantastic, and the improvisation upon the existing Intu-Flow program you demonstrate here is great. I have moved into some similar modalities myself.
My wife gets a big laugh out of it, but that's alright. I look and feel better than ever, so she'll come around ;)
She was laughing at the noises I was making this afternoon going through Forward Pressure with vibration drills between each rep. Great fun!

To fit this into your workout routine, how often and for how long should one do this to make it work?
andersmalling 2 years ago
I recommend doing it everyday. It's a quick routine. Lots of advice at the forums, just google rmax international
