How to Record/Download/Capture streaming music into MP3s with Replay Music

Mine doesn't capture from Chrome or any other webbrowser : / Any one know how to do? And I do not have a Record from website button... Atleast I can't find it

@Schlumanga Hi - We are working on an update for Chrome - but Replay Music does work beautifully with Firefox and IE. If you can't get it working with those two browsers you can get help from tech support. Just go to the applian website and click on support or click the "?" in the upper left hand corner of the UI and it will take you to the support page.

This isn't capturing, anyone can record mp3 streams to a wav file with the right configuration, using no extra software. True stream capturing would write the data directly to the disk...otherwise this has the potential to be double compressed.

Used it on Windows XP, works great. Just got a laptop with Windows 7, turned off UAC and I still can't get it working. Any ideas? Please? :D

@Jents2 I am using it on WIndows 7 without issue. But you can try contacting tech support. There may be some things to do for certain versions of Windows 7.

When recording it doesn't do anything, I tried opening it first before playing the music on the site, but still wont work. It's not even capturing the sound at all. Anyone please help!

@JosefHolub18 Okay so do me a favor - restart your PC - then open Replay Music, click on start recording then open your browser and play an audio stream. Does the audio meter move to show that it can "hear" the audio stream? If not try clicking on "stop recording" and then see if the audio meter bar is moving. Let me know what you discover. Thanks.

@Supremed9 So sorry it's not working. Best thing is to get in touch with support just go to the applian website click on the support tab at the top of the page/ main support/ replay music. I am sure they can fix you up in no time.

@IwannabeaROCKstar14 Howdy - Are you making sure that you are opening Replay Music first - clicking on Start Recording and THEN going to the site you want to capture? If you don't do it in that order it won't work. If you ARE doing it in that order then contacting tech support is the way to go. They are super helpful. Just click on the support tab on the applian website.

This software is amazing, but I can only record 3 mins of audio before it cuts off!? I have the demo and was wondering if this is the limit for it.

Glad you like the software - but the demo allows for 25 free songs - not 3 minutes of recording. Why not let tech support help you as this is an issue I haven't seen before. Just go to the applian website and click on support for Replay Music.

Actually if you want to do that you should use Replay Media Catcher - it will record YouTube videos and tag them and will do it free in demo mode.
